In this call we get the chance to understand what you are coming with, your struggles, your circumstances, your possibilities. I explain how therapy works, and what it means to commit to our work relationship. You get the chance to feel if the environment I create is safe and accepting so that you can thrive. I explain my work approach and if you decide to continue we make a therapy/coaching plan that fits you best.
