Hi, I’m Eniko! I was born into a Hungarian diplomat family and spent much of my life living in different countries, including Vietnam, Italy, the Netherlands, and now Portugal. Growing up across cultures taught me early on how to adapt, listen, and connect with people from all walks of life. I started my career in international business after earning a degree in economics, but over time, I felt a strong pull to work more directly with people. That led me to study integrative psychotherapy, where I found a deep sense of purpose helping others feel seen, supported, and more at home in themselves.

Today, I work with clients both in person and online, and I’ve had the chance to support people from over 45 countries. Many of them are expats navigating life in a new place, just like I did. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive, combining proven therapeutic methods with a strong focus on building trust. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of three energetic kids who fill my life with music, movement, and joy. I love meeting people, learning from them, and creating spaces where real, honest conversations can happen.
